20 Years of Support
Beacon Residential Homes Ltd (The company’s abbreviated reference will be BRH) is a private Children’s Residential provision established in October 2022. The staff team have above 20 years combined experience of working with looked children and working within care settings. From working in the sector it is clear there is a need for good children’s residential provisions and ensuring staff quality is at its highest.
Our Passion
It is really important for us to ensure that the decision making leading to the effective running of the service is led by the children and social care practices. We are passionate about the outcomes of looked after children and this is imbedded into our staff team throughout the recruitment processes.
We are experienced practitioners within this sector, we understand the need to get it right and we feel there is a gap in the market based on this recent data for an experienced provider who can deliver and meet the demand.
Social Care Experience
The staff team have combined experience of working at senior and management levels with a therapeutic and Social Work background within other services. We have a gained invaluable insight into the services offered by some of the provisions in the market. We share the frustrations from our commissioners we work alongside in that children are having to move into inadequate or unregulated residential provisions and are here to support our commissioners combat this issue.
Our Understanding
Children have to move significant distances from their communities due to lack of provisions available. We not only understand the level of service required, we have spent many years obtaining valuable insight into this field which faces constant critique and pressure.
